Face frames and melamine? You need these.
Building bookcases with melamine pre-drilled shelf pin holes is pretty common. Attaching a face frame with pocket screws will require the pocket hole to be filled in some fashion. These are what you need, with excellent color matching to minimize their appearance. These usually stay put with just a friction fit, but you can always add a drop of glue to keep them firmly in place.

Quality made with clean looks
These work great to plug pocket holes in a custom shelving unit made with 1x2s. For this project the holes were a bit shallow meaning the plug fit right up next to the screw. Because of this a little silicone in the hole kept the plug in place. Each of the plugs were consistently made and have a clean look when installed.

The media could not be loaded. Happy with the result these caps make on a pocket hole. They don’t quite snap in place but do stay in place and give a nice look

Very nice quality, not all the time fitting to the holes and needs to be glued, but still it is very useful

Very nice pieces
I really like these plugs. A lot easier to set than the wooden ones in my opinion. It all depends if white is ok for your wood project. Or if you prefer to paint them, which i have not painted them yet, because they are adequate for the projects i have made. Not sure if they come in any other colors besides white. It would be nice if they do.

gives a nice finish to your project
The product is sized well to easily fit into the Kreg screw holes. It's easy to glue the plugs in and then cut/sand off any excess to get down to a smooth finish on your project.

These are AWESOME. Anything Kreg related is awesome... but these are just right for filling in those pocket holes in places that won't be seen. We bought them for underneath a farmhouse table we recently finished. The tabletop had so many pocket holes underneath and they aren't visible unless you get down there to look, but we didn't want people snagging their pants or legs on the unfinished pocket holes. So instead of spending a bunch of time with wood filler and a sander, we used these. They make a smooth, slightly rounded area so don't expect them to sit flush with the wood.

Ugh, why not like wood ones?
My fault for not realizing they're not exactly like their wood counterparts. These look cheap as heck. I purchased them for PVC screen door I made but ended up sanding them down to get rid of the dome shape and then using bondo to smoothe it all out.
