repetitive, poor translation
I bought this book on a friends recommendation and I have to say that I was very impressed at first glance with the book. Then after continuing with my reading I noticed how the author said more or less the same thing to all the health conditions. Also the translation of this book is really poor which makes it difficult to understand. My friend, the who made the recommendation, read it in the original language and I bet this book reads better in the original language. I also agree with another review that the author's take on 'fat/obesity' is very superficial and she does not understand the issues of being fat to a deep level. There are other conditions on the book that feels lacking in depth as well. The way the book was translated leaves you with a feeling the publisher used google translator then copied and pasted. I felt really disappointed with the purchase and feel that I won't be using the book much.

Just buy it!
If you are familiar with Louise Hay's work then this is way way way above that, detailed and comprehensive. Translated from the Dutch into many languages, the English translation is not necessarily the best as it has lost some of its poetry but none of its meaning. In my years of using it Christiane has never failed to give a new dimension to a health issue and suggested thoughts to consider, contemplate and get better. It feels like listening to a good friend giving sensible and to the point guidance, no dodging the issue.

This is an extraordinary book - I will be using it for the rest of my life - many is the time that I literally thank the author internally for writing it.
