Q: What color is this lotion and does it rub off??

I can't remember what color the lotion is. I normally tan with it in the morning and then hit the gym. It does rub off a little around the neck line and waist line of my clothes but not enough to notice on your skin....just on your clothes. It comes out though. It bronzes your skin pretty well. Not so drastically people will notice immediately but speeds the process up. Make sure you wash your hands after applying

Q: is this their strongest lotion?

Not 100% sure. I will say though I have never been as dark as I got with any other lotion. Make sure to wipe your palms, it will stain your hands.
