Beautiful bag, plenty of pockets and storage. Looks vintage and really well made. Bought as a gift for our daughter and she loves it.One negative point is that it took ages to arrive, probably over 3 weeks

Bought this in March 2021, so just shy of 2 years: It's a reasonable bag, definitely not worth £35.Although it is slightly smaller than the photographs above, it is useful for carrying stuff and I can often fit a few items of shopping inside it. There are also a lot of pockets, not all useful, the outer pockets are a little small if you are out hiking but big enough for pens, buspass etc.... I have used this bag daily for nearly two years so i can't really complain too much, however I gave this 3 stars not 5 for the following reasons.1. The zips are substandard. The front pocket zip has completely packed up now.2. The material is actually quite thin. I have had similar looking bags in the past but never had the back of the bag completely wear away. I essentially take this bag to work with me, so it only ever sits on my lap in a bus, it shouldn't wear out like this.3. The cords that keep the bag closed often 'now' work themselves loose and living and working in a city one has to be careful and not have bags hanging open.4. These bags look really smart in the photographs, but the material really shows dirt and marks very visibly. I got the brown bag for this very reason but it just looked dirty all the time.Like i said, gave this 3 stars because i have used it everyday, but ultimately would not buy another only because of the zip madness that seems to let down most similarly priced bags and although £35 may be cheap for a bag like this, it's still a consideration in how and where i purchase my next bag.

One of the catches has fallen off within a week. Please let me know if a replacement catch can be provided. I will need to return the item otherwise. Thanks
