I ordered the 14” color 1b. I bought 2 packs. The hair is light weight and it’s wet n wavy.

I was under the impression that I was buying a wig im waiting for my label so that I can send it back and get a refund.

Misleading color on the advert
I was mislead by the picture of hair. I thought it was a brown color only to find out it is dark black. Can you put the true color on the lady's hair?
