Very happy indeed
The machine arrived next day, appears to be very well built, neatly arranged inside, looks great, and included everything needed to get up and running quickly and easily with no problems whatsoever. Gaming performance appears to be excellent and it is very quiet. GPU a slight upgrade on the advertised one which was an unexpected bonus. The monitor is great. Son loving it.One minor issue only. Seemed to be missing the plug cable for the tower as has been mentioned in another review. Was not in the box or inside the cabinet as suggested. It has the standard PSU connection so used an old plug cable from a device no longer in use and moved on.

Easy to set uo
PC was exactly as expected, keyboard had backlighting easy to use, access to Apps games a lot quicker than a laptop. No issues setting it up

Terrible
Item did NOT have the power lead with it anywhere , i left a very angry review about it 2 days ago and its just been removed !😂 typical that , also the 20£ giftcard doesn’t work website literally says error page not found.

It's all worked out ... eventually
My journey wasn't as smooth, as I would have liked it, and I've had to be very patient. Thankfully, after some brilliant customer service and a speedy warehouse. They've been able to redeem themselves . Thank you.Pc is purring away with no issues. Very pleased.

Happy with this purchase
Was quoted as delivered within 2 days but actually took 7 days to deliver to the Scottish Highlands. Packaging was damaged on arrival, but all equipment was ok. All in all, does what it said on the tin and very happy with the purchase.

Confused
My son brought this package and everything was great until we opened the monitor box and it doesn't have a uk plug but a eu one? Anyone had this problem the PC has a uk 3 pin plug I'm confused
