Key Card Lanyard for Women for ID Badge Holder, Premium Soft Fabric Butterfly Neck Lanyard for Keys with Metal Lobster Clasp

I’m disabled, and frequently need to show my ID. I purchased this to slide my ID into, and ended up not only putting my disney card in it but also my cruise room key— both of which were able to be fully read just by holding this card holder up to the scanner. I didn’t even need to take them out, which saved me a lot of time and hassle, as shuffling through cards can be tricky with fine motor issues. This lanyard was an absolute lifesaver for my trip. I still use it, even now that I’m back home! It’s handy for keeping your ID in if you’re going places and don’t want to search through your wallet.

I ordered the “Corgi” lanyard. I work at a school and it holds my badge and building key. Also, allows me to swipe my badge without taking it out of the slim case. I e gotten quite a few compliments from students & staff how cute it is.

The badge holder is just wide enough to hold my keycard badge, which is thicker than a standard ID badge. I like that the holder is hard plastic so that my key card doesn't get bent or cracked when sitting in my purse.

My little nugget got to dress up like a teacher for fun week and he loved wearing it around . Super simple to open.

The lanyard is pretty decent, and the material is soft, which is good for my sensory issues. I didn't see the text in the photos, so it threw me off a bit (the lanyard has moon-related quotes in small print all along it), but I believe that's my own fault. I put pins in it, and because of the style of weaving this gives it little gaps in the pattern upon the pin's removal, but this is easily fixed by scratching the threads back into place with a finger nail.The ID holder is pretty decent, a thick plastic back and frame with a hard plastic window. It hasn't gotten scratched up yet, which is remarkable because I keep it in a pocket in my backpack where pretty much everything gets scratched up at least a little bit.Overall, very good for the price, I don't regret it.

I had to actually come back to the listing to find out how to open this card holder. But, that's the worst thing I can say about it. (Hint: a static sticker on the back saying Slide with an arrow pointing up would fix this one issue.)I bought this to hold my room keycard when I went on vacation and I got SO MANY compliments on it. Everyone loved the look and the pattern. They were very impressed with the security of it. I loved that it could hold both my keycard and my ID or keycard and credit card. For all that the listing says it can hold 3 cards, it can't... not really. At least with mine, you might get three in there, and you might even be able to close it... but I wouldn't wager on being able to open it again without some massive struggles and possibly tools. So stick to 2 cards.But, the lanyard was comfortable against my skin (very important), long enough to have the keycard safe and accessible, but not so long that it got tangled or caught on things. The two different options to hold the card holder (either with a loop or with a clip) was very helpful as I started with the loop, but quickly realized that was not feasible, since I needed access to the inside too often. Clip to the rescue!The keycard and ID stayed dry in the holder even in the rain (I wasn't expecting it to be rain resistant, but it was, at least for short durations.) The lanyard dried quickly and the lanyard loop was big enough to go over my head easily.While this might not be the cheapest lanyard and card holder out there, I've had more than two dozen over the years and I would put this up at the top as one of my top two of all time, if not the best one I've ever gotten and used. It definitely has earned my very rare 5 star rating.

Not very long has no breakaway snap but does what I need for the most part
