Paper Mate InkJoy 100ST Ballpoint Pen, Medium, Fashion Colors, 8-Count

I love pens, pencils, markers anything you write with, I love. I have a lot of pens! That said, these pens are really great. Especially for how inexpensive they are. They have the triangle ergonomic shape that helps keep the hand cramps away when writing or using the pens for an extended period of time. I bought these strictly for use in my art work for shadowing and highlighting while I color, but have been using them for writing checks and taking notes and pretty much anything I write, since I bought these. I am so glad I bought two packs of these because they are going to be getting a lot of use. They write smooth and even without blobbing ink out like some less expensive pens are prone to do. The colors are vibrant without being in your face bright, which is an absolute plus for me. Especially since I've started using them for other than just art work. I can't express enough how nice the triangle shaped body of the pens feel in your hand. If your hand cramps easily, or if you have arthritis, hand swelling, hand injuries these pens are for you. You will love how easily you can grip without pressure or strain. The body being triangle shaped is so awesome. I prefer the triangle shape now and have been looking for more options with this shape in pencils, markers and all the mediums I use for my art work. I would definitely recommend giving these pens a try. You'll be glad you did!

I am a pen freak. F-R-E-A-K. I love pens and markers and am always on the lookout for the next great writing implement. I was totally stoked to find these pens. Paper Mate is not at the pinnacle of fine pens but they have some decent products. (Just like BIC, Pilot, Zebra, etc and other brands in the same category.) As an artist who quickly tires of the blue and black basic choices, finding a selection of colors in a ballpoint pen was awesome! Too bad these pens didn't live up to my own expectations, nor the hype released by Paper Mate.My biggest complaint is that the pens leak little "ink balls" where ever you write. Ok, let's just say it: they poop. No matter that pen poops are one of the most annoying issues a pen can have, some pens do this occasionally. Some do it when they are new. InkJoy does it ALL THE TIME. It's frustrating and messy. I'm not quite sure how a left handed person could write with these - I would assume their arm would drag through the ink and make an enormous mess on the paper and on their arm. Everything I've written with these pens has gone into the trash. I enjoy writing letters by hand - but these pens totally took away that joy. My excitement at finding this "new and exciting" product turned to frustration and irritation as soon as I put pen to paper.I don't expect low cost pens to perform miracles. I anticipate differences between Paper Mate and Montblanc. I also enjoy using cheaper pens and have an enormous slew of pens from all manufacturers, at just about every price point imaginable. However, I will NOT buy these again. There are so many other pens available - pens in fabulous colors, at varying prices, in an array of tips, with fantastically smooth ink - I question why someone would even bother with these. I usually keep the pens I'm not thrilled with - you never know. Tastes change, sometimes a pen you don't like at first winds up being your favorite pen down the road. That said, these went directly in the trash. I didn't stick them with the other pens. No, I did not want these to "corrupt" the rest of my pens. (haha) I knew these were some of the worst pends I'd dealt with and my mind would not change about that. Don't waste your money...just move onto the next assortment of colored pens. You'll be glad you did.

These are my new favorite pens! I first ordered them to bump me up to free shipping (before my Amazon prime days), but I enjoyed the pens so much that I’ve ordered them again - and will probably order more in the future! I love having the variety of colors, and I find that the ink writes smoothly and clearly. Every once and a while the ink comes out a little thick and smears - however I write pretty hard and I have a non-traditional pencil grip that often smears ink anyway. I would say these pens don’t smear as much as other ones do for me.I also like that the pens are triangular. I think they are comfortable to hold even if I am writing for a long time. I use a different color each month in my exercise journal which is fun! I also appreciate how affordable they are. Unless you are really picky about your pens I’d say you can’t go wrong with these!

These are great. Really smooth and easy to write with. Too bad I don't have more uses to write with colored pens. They are the smoothest I have ever used. I mean I never noticed it was hard to use your average pen, but this was amazing. No effort. The only thing is that you have to let it dry on the inside of a greeting card to prevent smudging. But that's okay. I only bought them to jazz up cards I send to people. However, since I like them so much, maybe I would try an all black or blue pack (if that is available). Great price too. However, if you are looking for a more professional grade product, then you should look elsewhere. I don't know know why people would expect that from such an inexpensive product in the first place.I think you can safely ignore those reviews, as their expectations seem disproportionate given the price. Good product depending on your use.

I get irritated if I don't have them on every desk and table in the house or several in purse. So when I could purchase these at a great price because they were an add on item I did! I loved that the set had so many colors. I like to have a variety of colors for note, handwritten cards and letters or just to doodle with. I want pens that move well and glide and flow when writing.These pens are comfortable to grip and write with smooth precision. I like paper mate pens and have no issues are problems with them and I'm glad I was able to purchase them at such a wonderful add on price!

J'ai essayé je ne sais combien de marques de stylos couleur,mais là je dois dire que ceux-là sont parfaits pour ce que j'en attend !!!Encre fluide, couleurs fraîches, bonne tenue en main... Je les conseille vivement. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas beaucoup plus de couleurs.Temps de livraison un peu long, dû au fait qu'il viennent des Etats-unis.
