My son loves this for hauling around his sport gear. Easy to install. 12 year old son installed on his own without direction in 15 minutes.

The bike racks are good for the money. Decent quality and good design to accommodate different bike designs. However, no instructions or papers of any kind were included in the package. This was definitely a "some assembly required" project. But with two of us and a generous amount of patience we got it done.

Contrary to the 3rd bullet point, there specifically are NO installation directions. The "service center" referenced in he bottom of the page, where one might supposedly obtain an installation video, cannot be found. Installation is trial-and-error guesswork, as confirmed by multiple other commenters. How hard can it be to post a link to a manual, or at least a video?That said: once I managed to install it, it looks sturdy. I'll keep it.

Very cheap and can bend/snap very easily. I put maybe a max of 10lbs on it while commuting to work and second guess if the whole system will collapse and leave my lunch across the asphalt. I would recommend looking or another product

Fit on the bike great, tie rubs on tires, so couldn't use. Support arm gone after a ride...
