Love this before bed! Taste is earthy but I like it a lot, makes bed time relaxing! Texture is slightly gritty but maybe needs a match wish? Health benifits are wonderful and a great value for the price! Sometimes I mix flavoring in it an experiment adding flavor.

Tastes horrible but it works. I mix it with milk about 30-45 minutes before going to bed. I get good deep sleep afterwards.

I was mainly concerned that the earthy mushrooms would be weird in this mix, but it's not, you dont even notice its there. It's a delicious golden milk blend. It's a little grainy, as you are drinking a blend of straight herbs, so if that bothers you, maybe blend it. But I enjoyed this with just dissolving a tsp in my warm coconut milk as instructionssay. I just drank a cup in honor of the full moon tonight and I feel calm, relaxed, sleepy and happy 😊

Unfortunately i ordered this and it came unsealed with the cap being completely broken. On top of this the seller does not allow returns and or replacements so it looks like I just wasted my money.

Wonderful but they have increased the price by too much, so I probably would not reorder.
