Very good tires
It's my second set of tires, the first set of tires last for over 50,000 miles, mostly highway driving. It's very reliable tires. I just bought it again. I didn't have any problem with my local car mechanic putting them on for me, even I purchased the tires on Amazon.One thing I did realize is that the price fluctuates dramaticly from $180 range to $125 range. I wish I would know about it before I purchased the tires.

poor service on installation.
i had the tires shipped to ken towery on todds road in Lexington . I had my appointment confirmed for 9am. when I went to the counter and told the guy what i was there for, he said I was early. I told him my appointment was for 9 and he said that wasn't true. I showed him my phone showing the time and he frowned and said he started not to do the appointment at all because they were busy. it absolutely felt like this guy did not like the fact I bought my tires on amazon because everyone else that came in after me were treated and talked to very nice. when I got ready to leave, he said if I had trouble with the tires, it was not their responsibility because i bought them on amazon. 3 weeks later I got a small leak (no one's fault) in one tire and went in and waited 3 hours to get it repaired. a few days later it was low again. I called for an appointment this time and they said it wasn't the repair, so they put in a new valve stem. a few days later it was low again. fed up, I took it to a big box tire center, and they said the plug installed by ken towery was leaking. they fixed it but said they were not supposed to pull a plug and install a new one which tells me ken towery new this and did not want to take responsibility for their screw up. I will never buy tires from amazon again because ken towery's attitude and work are both low grade. if amazon is going to affiliate itself with kt then amazons' guys need to talk to ken towery's guys who need to change the attitude of its employees. I felt like an intruder in that store.be the big w from now on. I wanted to complain to kt but could not find a way to do so. they were bought out by monro muffler and brake co
