You definitely get what you pay for. Great quality wood and half the price you would pay for cladding at B&Q. You do need to measure and cut the treads and risers, but the effort is well worth it. Prompt delivery and product was not damaged upon arrival. Three coats of clear, matte varnish will add a nice depth of colour to your cladding.

Brilliant very good quality fast delivery hubby fitter these himself. He is very handy though so you may need a joiner but even still they look amazing and are very good quality oak.

Firstly the description given was a little misleading, I believed I was buying the cladding kit, as in the description it gives the size of risers and treads, when they arrived it was just the treads. The treads looked like worktop remnants or chopping boards. Hence quite thick, these would actually have looked ridiculous on my staircase as the proportions would of looked completely wrong. I did in fact return the item and have since bought, purpose built treads which look very much better on my particular staircase.However the quality of the wood was ok, and maybe in the right setting would be fine. Just be aware of the depth of tread.

I buyed this as a stairs kit but they need to be cut one by one m.Good quality of the wood.

These were bigger and chunkier than expected. Very good value for money we were very impressed

We have ordered this cladding on a few occasions firstly to fit in our house then for friends the quality of the wood is exquisite and gets lots of attention from visitors

The wood is of high quality and as described. I'm very happy with the results!

As described, this is actual wood cladding, however I had to return it as it is too thick & would need an actual joiner / carpenter to put on. Being wood - this would require regular maintenance. It's not laminate.
