Do not buy this product!
This "Smokeless Ashtray" does not work and it is very cheap. It can only pass as a giveaway at a Swap Meet. I've asked for a refund and Gasin will not give me the return address or a label. They've asked me to send a picture of their crappy product back to them. This is a disreputable company. Don't buy anything from them! I want a full refund!

Great quality & Quiet
Excellent quality! Cannot smell smoke, works like a charm! 2 speeds, and rechargable (Comes with charger). Super easy to replace filter. You can purchase additional filters on Amazon.Highly recommend!

Lousy customer service
At first the ashtray worked well. Non smokers did not detect smoke oder in our house even though I used the ashtray in the living room. That's the good part. In a short time but after their short return window, the motor began making loud noises. I emailed the manufacturer, waited weeks but after my explaining the noise and no I couldn't take a picture of noise, they offered me a partial refund because they said the return shipping would cost me a lot. I replied I would accept a replacement ashtray at no cost to me. That was the last thing I heard.

It doesn’t achieve much purpose
It is not very sturdy, has very little power. It smells badly even when cleaned. I am returning!

Hard to get to turn on
Switch is very fussy and the top must be positioned just right or device will not function.

Hope it's what you are looking for
It does a great job of filtering the smoke so you don't smell it. The lighter feature that it has leaves something to be desired but it does it's main purpose great.

Worst ever
Worked for three days and stoped. Charging cord does not fit well then stoped working period a total waste of money.

Works well but they only give 1 extra filter. I am unable to find filters for this anywhere!
You can't find replacement filters for this product! I spent a lot to buy this paperweight! What a rip off!
