I purchased the elongated seat in white model BR501.- Easy to install.- Fit my toilet and matched the color perfectly - white on white.- Comfortable.- Substantial and sturdy. Not at all flimsy. Not heavy.- Love the quick release feature for easy cleaning.- Love the slow closing lid and seat. So quiet!- Worth the extra cost given its quality.- It works as it should.- I recommend this product.My only nit is that it came in two boxes when one would have sufficed. Then Amazon put it in a box. Overpackaging run amok.

The media could not be loaded. Upgraded our guest bath toilet to a Toto Drake with elongated bowl. The standard (non-bidet) Toto seats get mediocre reviews so went hunting for options. This Bath Royale Exedcutive (BR501) checked all the boxes and had north of a thousand positive reviews. Gave it a shot and am very pleased. Fits the toilet well and looks good. Simple to install. Solidly designed mounting and hardware. Feels very stable in use and is comfortable (I am 6'3" and weigh 315lb). The slow close feature takes about 10 seconds but unlike many slow close seats, you can push it closed without damaging the mechanism. Makes no noise while closing. Easy to remove for cleaning - requires nothing more than putting the seat upright and pulling it straight up off the mounts.The seat is a slightly different shade of white than the toilet - just a touch more yellow - but you really have to stop and look at it to notice. If you look at my photos, you can see it is almost imperceptable.My only real gripe has nothing to do with the quality or function of the seat. The seller makes a point of promoting that they are a U.S. based small business. Along with product photos, the Amazon listing includes several nice pictures of an American flag sprinkled in plus heartwarming copy about family values. However, the toilet seat is clearly marked as made in china (see my photos). I go out of my way to both support small business and to buy American Made whenever possible. Granted the seller never actually claims the seat is made in the U.S.A. but they never exactly say it is not either. It strikes me as somewhat disengenuous to highlight being an American company when your product is made elsewhere.It is a five star item and represents a good value at the approximately $60 I paid in November 2024. Can't really comment about durability or service life since it has only been installed for a week. Will return and update this review if something goes sideways.

This brand far exceeds well known name brands. FIRST soft closing replacement toilet seat I’ve ever purchased that does NOT leave rim edges of toilet bowl exposed, and doesn’t hit your legs while sitting. I can’t speak to longevity, but I can say it’s very sturdy construction, and installation is a breeze. A bit pricey, but well worth the fit, function, and color matches perfectly. Wasted too much time, money, and aggravation trying to get the most popular name brands to fit properly. That was not the case with this one.

It is twice the quality of our previous seat; looks 10x nicer in the restroom; and, most importantly for us, it instantly fixed a serious discomfort issue with our old seat. If you are experiencing numbness or your legs fall asleep during normal-length visits to your commode with your current seat, please consider this one! It may fix your issue.When my partner and I moved into our current place, the toilet seat proved immediately to be deeply uncomfortable! I had never before in my life had an issue with a toilet seat, but this seat sloped harshly inward towards the bowl, and as a result when you sat on it, it mostly made contact with your outer thighs while providing virtually no support elsewhere. It was like sitting on two thin, plastic rails. Anything more than a two minute visit caused my legs, groin, and butt to become completely numb and disturbingly chill to the touch. I think it was cutting off my blood-flow, yikes! My partner was having similar issues so we agreed to ditch it and find a replacement.It was pretty challenging to find information about a seat's 'flatness' online, and on Lowes and Home Depot it required going to the reviews to see if anyone else had complained of feeling like they were sitting on rails (also how we discovered we weren't alone). Bath Royale's website was one of the very few that specifically mentioned how flat the seat was for your derrière. This model, the Executive, had a 'low/flat' seat contour according to the site, and true to their word the seat had a much shallower curve upon arrival. After testing for several days, sure enough, the issue has been fixed! No more numbness for either of us. This seat is a normal, comfortable seat, and we couldn't be more grateful for it.Everything after this is an added bonus in our book. The quick release for easy cleaning is genius and takes about 2 seconds to do. The quick release's studs are metal so you don't need to worry about breaking plastic connections as the seat ages. Speaking of, the seat and lid's plastic is much sturdier and almost twice as thick as our ex-seat's plastic. It looks nicer and tidier than our old seat, especially since they include covers to obscure the mounting hardware with the bonus of keeping the hardware clean. The bumpers do not squeak and are generously sized. The mounting hardware is almost entirely metal and very sturdy; only the nuts on the underside of your toilet will be plastic (on purpose so that they flex as they wedge into the mounting holes). The seat is overall quite robust and hasn't budged since installation even with us tugging on it on purpose to see if it would loosen or wiggle. According to the booklet that came with the toilet, the slow close can be forced down without harming the mechanism, if you don't want that feature.Overall, this is really a slam-dunk toilet seat, I highly recommend it.

Easy to install. Looks great. Fits perfectly. I’m a woman and surprised myself that I could take out the old toilet seat and install the new one. It’s not just a man’s job! I liked the looks and install on this so much I bought another one for my daughter’s house. I love the way it soft closes and doesn’t impede its performance if you push the seat down instead of waiting for the closing. Probably the most important element is how easily you can disconnect the seat for easy cleaning! And it’s comfortable to sit on, and it’s an American company so don’t dwell on your purchase. Buy it today and take 30 minutes to install!
