I had a condition in which my body was not getting enough electrolytes, so my doctor encouraged me to use a supplement to increase my intake of them. A popular Sports Drink is commonly used but it has quite a bit of sugar in it,which was not desired in my case, so these slightly flavored tablets were used to great advantage. I use one tablet per day in one of the quarts of water that I need to drink.At first, I was not used to the taste, but after a day or two, it became less noticeable. This is an easy way to get what I need.Supplementing liquids with electrolytes is often needed in dehydration as well as dysautonomia.

This item is not what is pictured; I specifically bought based on picture and listed ingredients; instead, I received the Nuun sport orange w/ other ingredients, and not a good taste
