I go mountain biking a lot, and these are great to wear under my crash helmet. I do sweat quite a bit, and these are very effective at absorbing the sweat. The only minor niggle is that the seam at the back can be felt at times. Apart from that, these are a win for me.

I have new hearing aids and so decided to try giving headbands a go to protect the aids from sweat while working out. Gave these a go and they did the job perfectly.After almost an hours exercise and my hair soaked with sweat, I took the hearing aids off and placed on toilet paper to check if there was any moisture. There was a small speck from one because the headbang had moved up a small amount of that side. None from the other. I confirmed this by viewing and feeling the aids. And of course no sweat dripping from my head.They did the job well and I'll be buying some more so that I can rotate them.Obviously size would be tighter / looser for some more than others. It fit well for me. I'm 5ft 11 male with long hair. If I were to wear an adjustable baseball cap, I would generally have the size locked in at about 3 lower than the largest set. For anyone about the same, this should fit well.

Let me start this review by prefixing that I am a sweaty bugger, when i work out in the gym ..i sweat ma8nly from the head but this year 8n the heatwave we are experiancing from every pore would be a better discription.Onto the headband, does it work...YES, would it work better on a normal person rather than the 6 foot 3 hairy sweat monster who bought it...YES,Do they look pretty ...Yes the head bands are awsome.The trouble i have is i bought them to keep sweat from running into my eyes...it does the job...but after 5 mins the headband 8s expelling a torrent of sweat outa the band and into my eyes...i squeeze the sweat out ,dry my head and replace, 5 mins later i cant see due to leakage....this is entirely on me..sweat band does work well...i just sweat too damm much

Way smaller than looks in pic. And paper thin. Useless. Sent back for refund. Arrived in a clear bag, no advertising at all. No branding on items either. Pure tat.
