I like my condom cath slightly tight to help reduce the possibility of back pressure created from the bags valve. I use these primarily for travel. I have a pretty weak bladder with sudden urges. These work great and IF YOU get the correct size, you really shouldn't have many issues. There are charts that can be downloaded and printed to help get a rough estimate of your sizing. IF your honest with yourself, you wont be disappointed. The chart I found had to be enlarged to match the coin that is also printed with the chart to make sure your chart is the correct size. Try searching for condom catheter gauge and you should find a printable version. Buy one or 2 of what is closest to try it out. If you feel it can be bigger, go one size bigger, like wise for the smaller sizes. Aint no shame in getting the correct size guys!This is the chart I used. stlmedical(dot)com/download/catheter-sizes-external.jpgEDIT: I have found that using a skin adhesive product like Skin-Tac Liquid Adhesive Barrier [SKIN TAC ADH 4 OZ] (EA-1) will allow these to stay in place all day and night. Ive successfully worn one for 27 hours before I decided to change it out for a new one. If your having troubles with these staying in place for you, try any type of skin adhesive or skin barrier product.

Was to small for the user, impossible to fit. But it was strong.

It was everything it advertised as. Just didn't work for my husband.
