Water bag hose with shower unusable
Disappointed with part of the product as I bought it for my mother who is bed bound. The Shampoo basin is excellent for someone who is bed bound and is unable to be moved from their bed to have their hair washed and I recommend it to anyone wondering whether it works well. The actual issue with this product is the water bag and hose with shower. Once the water bag is filled with water and is lifted the water pours out at the bottom , where the hose cable with shower is inserted. The connection is very flimsy, there is no strong grip , the water just leaks through and the cable just pulls out. Luckily it was still in the sink and didn’t collapse over the bed.
