But I like the priming process (better than original filters) and water flows faster. Water tastes good, seems fine.

Good fit. Slightly shorter than the original. Flow from one filter slower than the other. Effective and way cheaper than the original (if you can find them). Good value for money. In use for a month with no problems.

Really good fit for my berkey. water quality is great too! Value for money and will be ordering these again.

Filters do not work …. Allowing unfiltered water to get through

They seem pretty decent and the water tastes good, but one filter pours water through and the other drips. I fear the one running fast is channelling water through and maybe not filtering it well.Not going to take my chances again.

The package arrived with instructions printed on the box, unfortunately the address label was stuck over them so you cannot read the instructions and nothing inside other than the candles. Treated them the same as Black Berkey candles and primed them before fitting.They do not drip slowly like Black Berkey, the water flows through quite quickly and has a taste compared Black Berkey candles. I've used Black Berkey candles for twelve years and noticed the taste straight away. Allowed a few passes of water through to see it they would settle but it is not changing either the taste or the speed of the run through of water. I have four candles in the unit, two Black Berkey and two of these candles and the flow through the Black Berkey candles is as normal a slow drip. I'll live with just two Black Berkey for now until I can afford another pair.

Have run water through about 8 times but still getting cloudy water even though the original tap water I used was not cloudy
