Very sturdy!
Used this to mount a fairly heavy shelf that had previously fallen out several times. Wish I had used these from the start! It was very easy to install them and they are perfect-very sturdy and solid!

Cheaply Made , Very Thin,
These are very thin and after recieving the item, I would only use on a very light weight item of no more than 2 lbs. Others on the market for same value are much more stable and thicker for a better value.
