PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD. WE HAVE INSTALLED IT ON OUR OWN. WORKING FINE.WATER TASTE IS GOOD.DON'T HANG IT ON GIVEN PLASTIC HANGING PROVISION. PLACE IT ON SOME STAND / WALL MOUNTED, WHICH CAN BEAR WEIGHT. IF YOU HANG IT ON DIRECTLY , DEFINITELY IT WILL BREAK SOONER / LATER.

Rejected water soo much flows.... In every purifier rejected water flows much??
I like to buy this purifier coz it's cheap amd review are good, I buyed and installation done ...after this start onn it flows rejected water soo much, even this is my first purifier but every purifier flows lots of water I didn't knew that, maybe some company do something about rejected water flows...it's too much my tank got empty first day lol...... something should do about this...but u can't buy this, it's good product good water in cheap rate, thanjs Amazon to give offers on products.

Good product in this price.
Product is good, but accessories not sent as per check list. Connecting pipe sent only 2 meters, i,e. 01 meter each colors.Machines cover was received in cracked condition.

Addyz Customer service is excellent I am pleased with the service they respond very quickly And the Product is good and easy to install.

Very bad quality filter.
I purchased it on 22 June 2021. Initially, it was running fine but after 1.5 month, the waste water was coming out as only drops. So, we called the service person and paid 600 rupees. Now, after 4.5 months, the water tank is filling very very slow. We got the candle changed by ourselves but nothing improved. We will need to call the service person again and God knows which part is now faulty. Please please do not buy this RO. It will demand money again and again in every few months which is a loss for the buyer. I regret buying this RO.
