As advertised in reviews.... BEST DURABLE Ball EVER MADE!! (Also, I Have a Trick!)
1st off... Just Shut Up and go buy one! 20 Years ago, I raised big Rotties... They tore up every toy within 24 hrs. NOT THIS TYPE!!, product was new in a small pet shop. I could go on.... Just Shut up and go buy one. Gives dogs a great safe workout!!! Just bought one for my neighbors' pup, Bull Mastiff in an apt. They walk him but, yeah sure! I have been helping train Casey, the sweetest little MONSTER in the world.! HAS NEVER BARKED...EVER!!! (10-11mos). We put our spit on the ball, introduced it to him. Played keep away tossing to each other and kicking from him a couple of minutes. Kicked it to him, he checked it out. Then played keep away again. Gave it to him again, and in about a minute... He OWNEDDD the BALLLL! the ball WAS HIS!!! HE BARKED!!!(Quietly???) for the 1st time and ran and barked and yelped and herded and drooled. and barked!!! (Like a Border collie) a 100lb Border Collie?.We played with him, kicking ball away from him, grabbing ball etc... He herded HISSSS BALLLL away from US. After a few minutes playing with it ... 20 yards away, in the shade of a tree, standing over the ball, panting and drooling. He looked back at us teeth showing, tongue drooling and he was smiling at US!... WOWWWWW!!!!MY TRICK: Unscrew plug, Put 55+ BB's+ in the ball. Secure plug tightly... Grab your lawn chair, a bag of popcorn, favorite beverage, drool rag (to Grab ball), phone video and enjoy the RIDE!BITE HARD

Best toy ever!!
The media could not be loaded. My Amazon review…Day 1- Loved the ball, got it stuck in the mangroves. I climb in, retrieve the ball, fall in the muck & nearly get toted off by mosquitoes. At least it didn’t go in the pond. Dog not impressed I made us go inside.Day 2- Pushed it around the yard for about 12 seconds & in the canal it went. Got it out with a huge net. Dog was stoked!Day 3- He really had it figured out now! Having the time of his life pushing it down our street, barking like a lunatic, as the snowbirds watch in horror as they cautiously wait to come back down the street on their bicycles. I’m standing in the street laughing hysterically, cheering him on! I decide to let him have one more go at it at dusk, before bed. I’ve surgery Monday & will be laid up for a few weeks. He’s galloping full speed after it, having a GREAT time… until it gets away from him. It splashes into the pond. The faster he swims after it, the faster it goes out deeper. Now it is dusk out & I’m afraid he will get eaten by the crocodile, so I call him & put him inside. I go back out to see where it landed & decide it’s not safe to get it right then. Even though the cowdog is cheering me on through the window, soaking wet, on the freshly washed daybed, I say no. I wash all the blankets again.Day 4- I find the ball’s location. Yep. Still in the mangroves! I dragged out some dead limbs with an anchor & the car. I was afraid my truck was too heavy & would sink in the mud. I wade out in my new green wellies, and could just about touch it with a 5’ long branch. I shake my head & go to an appointment.Day 4.2- I get home & yep, still there!! I somehow talk my small neighbor into climbing out on a big branch to get it. Eventually… he’s in up to his neck now & I began to see a lot of jellyfish… and HE GOT THE BALL BACK!! YAAAAYYYY!! The cowdog is yipping with joy!!Definitely the best $50 I ever spent!

Durable but cut up dog's face and broke a tooth
We have an Australian Cattle Dog who has endless energy for running and chewing. For a few months this was my favorite toy of his as I could be a lazy owner and watch my dog zoom around the yard with wild abandon and tire himself out from herding, tackling, biting and bopping this ball. We've tried other herding balls before including the virtually "indestructible" ones they use for horses and unfortunately our pup has managed to pop every single one. The hard plastic means this ball was able to stand up to our dog's rough play however there are two massive caveats to this that owners should be aware of if you want to avoid an expensive vet bill: while he's not able to get his mouth around it, from day one he still was able to easily gouge it with his teeth. As these gouges accumulated he started to cut up his tongue and face whenever he'd push it around and I myself even cut my hand on the gashes more than once. The final straw however was when he broke his tooth on the ball booping it with his nose like a seal.If you have a dog with boundless herding energy and not too much of a drive to chew or bounce the ball in the air like a circus animal, then you'll do fine with this. However, super chewer and acrobatic dog owners should keep looking.

Very Hard
It will last forever. If you try to kick it you'll break a toe! Too hard for my Aussie dog, he just didn't like it. Maybe because he can't chew on it!!

Hard heavy duty thick plastic
Too big and heavy for 32 pound my hyper heeler-terrier cross so we passed it along to a friend with a ball popping oversized German Shepherd Dog. This thing is like a huge round rock you can fill with water. Watch the size if you order!

One of my dogs LOVES this.
My 55 pound bully mix LOVES this ball. I got the 14 inch which is HUGE (too big for my other dogs). It's too heavy for them to push. With that said I will be getting smaller sizes for my smaller dogs because they were very interested in it. Seems very durable.

My dog LOVES this, but it is really hard
My dog and I love this, great way to get some exercise but it is really hard, i do worry about my dog getting injured playing with it sometimes when he gets really excited and aggressive.

Too small for my dog
I went with the recommended size for my dog which was the 6" for 20-60lbs (my dog is 35lbs Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix) and it is too small for him. I feel the 10" would be a better size for a dog over 30lbs.

My dog loves it a little too much
I bought the 14in one and it's absolutely huge. It's a great size for my XL GSD. My dog is absolutely obsessed with this ball a little too much. I definitely recommend playing in a fenced yard and my dog has decent recall but playing with this that recall goes to 0 and you will not get him back unless he's fenced. Second is although it's hard and that's what I wanted so he can't pick it up it has its downfalls. I'm not sure if its just cause we're playing in the winter but he has the skin rubbed raw around his mouth. I didn't notice it at first cause it was dark but the next day I noticed the ball had bloody snow caked on it. I didn't see any real damage on him but he chases it at high speeds which I think is causing damage to his lips.

Not for really determined chewers
While my dog does love chasing this ball, she also loves getting it between her paws and trying to bite into it. Less than a week after receiving the ball she had already gotten a bunch of shavings off of it and made her mouth bleed. She has also managed to get the plug out.I should have gotten the 12" size, and would have, were it not TWICE THE PRICE of the 10" ball. I think the size rating should be changed.I am posting photos of the shavings and the now very grooved ball.

My Aussie is IN LOVE
I hesistated before buying this ball because of the price but got it anyway hoping my aussie would have fun and keep him moving. We received the package late in the day and weren't planning on trying it but as soon as we opened the box and showed it to our dog we new we had to immediately go outside and try it. Ringo (our Aussie) was so excited to play with it he was crying LOL! He started pushing it, jumping over it and herding it all over the yard. It would get stuck somewhere and he'd get pissed and frustrated but that can be good stimulation for him to try to figure it out and he did. Well he's so crazy about this ball that we actually have to put it away at times so he'll go do his business, otherwise he just keeps going and going and going. Needless to say I highly recommend this ball especially if you have a herding type dog. have fun :-)

Hard plastic ball that has lasted longer than any other toy my puppy has
It was a surprise that this is an extremely hard plastic ball, but my puppy loves chasing it around the room and batting it about with her paws. She has completely scored the outer surface so it is now covered in scars. Note that there is a small hole in one spot, probably from how the ball is made in the factory. I was afraid my dog would fixate on that little hole and try to destroy the ball because that's how she is, but it has held up really well. Recommend you get the right size for your dog's mouth because I'm sure a bigger dog could destroy the ball if it was able to really chomp down on it.Finally, watch the pricing on these at it seems to fluctuate a huge amount (up to 5x) on Amazon Canada.
