One volume control has dead spots - Update: Two volume controls now defective
I'm very disappointed in this product. Right out of the box, channel 4 has a dead spot in the volume control that causes the sound to cut out and then suddenly increase in volume.One thing I do like about the mixer is that the power supply is built in to the mixer itself. Previous versions of this mixer had a separate DC power supply.08/09/2024 UPDATEIf I could return this mixer I would. Now it's got two volume controls with dead spots and the first one to go back is getting static whenever I operate it.Do not count on this mixer if you have to adjust volume controls constantly -- like for Karaoke.Second Update:The mixer isn't even a year old and it's essentially useless because there's so much static in the volume controls. I tossed it in the trash yesterday.

Dead Product + No Support
Item arrived dead out of the box. Attempted multiple times to get the item exchanged or an RMA for repair. No success on any fronts, will for sure be my last Behringer purchase
