I previously ordered a mic from Amazon a few weeks ago, and we used it for karaoke night, which was a blast. Everyone had a great time, even my dad, who is macho and sang his heart out. But we just turned the lights off, which was lackluster. So I ordered this disco ball to spice it up, and it made our karaoke night even better. More fun, energetic, playful, and festive. The kids were bouncing up and down and the adults were all laughing and grinning. Even my grandma sang her favorite Mexican corridos song and grooved with us. Get this small but powerful disco ball for your family night, it will be a night to remember! Had it for almost a year and it's still durable. It was also the perfect brightness level, covered my entire square living room with rainbow lights. The remote control was easy to use and operate but the speaker audio was ok, not loud enough so we just switched to the TV audio which was louder. Overall, it was a great purchase and I'm looking forward to host karaoke night again this summer.

This disco ball is so cool! My nine year old son wanted a disco ball for Christmas, so I began looking into getting him the vintage kind that hangs from the ceiling and has two lights shining on it. Those are labor intensive and very expensive. Then I came across this little jewel and I'm so glad I did! Wow! When I first took it out of the box, it was so small that I was afraid that I'd been duped by the low price. However, when I plugged this thing in, I was floored! The lights and the colors are fantastic! The range of the strobe is amazing! We have ten foot ceilings and rather large rooms and this little jewel fills the entire room with awesome light effects. Needless to say, my son loves it! It has all kinds of setting that are remote controlled and he just loves changing them and turning them on and off. I have to say that it sure does hold up well because he has not been gentle with it at all. It is very versatile and portable. We've moved it all over the house and have also hung it from the wall with a screw. Love it!

The media could not be loaded. I grew up living with small town DJs and have always loved lighting like this. I’ve always wanted personal sound activated lighting in my room for my speakers, so I have finally gone for it. In the video, I was also using another product for the laser.The light on this little ball is bright and perfect, especially for small areas. Not only that, it is small so you don’t lose much space. You really do get what you pay for. A small item, but it does pack a punch!So far I have only used it for about an hour and a half, but I’m genuinely impressed. Unlike the professional DJ lighting, it does not get too hot at all! It stays at a nice cool temperature. It maybe that it is LED though.My only issue is the remote. Now it is not really the devices fault, but the way that it is controlled. It uses IRC (Infrared Remote Control) like my mentioned laser, so it is a bit to control the device I want to be controlling. Other than that, it is a fantastic product!If there is any changes (i.e breaks for no reason), I will keep this review updated. Thank you for reading!

Straight Out of the Box it wasn't working correctly and kept making sounds like it was on but the lights were off and then they would randomly come on. It is very temperamental if you touch it well it is on and a couple of the settings do not work at all. The music buttons on the remote do nothing and make it not work so I don't know how you could possibly use it as a speaker of any kind. It was cheap so that's good but I'm sure it won't last for a very long.
