Neato Landlord Forms Deluxe 130+ on CD

Very tedious to edit and time consuming. I would have never bought if I knew they are geared/written for Missouri State Laws. These also appear to be very old style forms, very out-dated to current Florida Laws. These were a waste of money for me. Also a very clunky format that does not really install on the PC, so I had to leave the CD in to access the files. Total waste of time and money, I do not know how they got such great reviews.

I have been investing in real estate for over 15 years and I have run the gamut of tenant issues. You name it...I've probably been through it. Neato Landlord forms will definitely help me improve my business and the services that I offer my clients/customers.The forms will help to capture a lot of information and in the world of Landlord-Tenant, information is king, right behind a great location and an excellent attorney. The forms have helped to spark new ideas in how I could make my business better, help me to better protect myself, and offer better products and services to my customers. This of course, will lead to more revenue.When you need cite or evict a tenant for a violation, looking for a form is the last thing you wanna do...trust me. Thank you for the help, I will surely put these forms to good use.

I am disappointed with this program. The lease agreement and the month-to-month rental agreement are written as if a property management company is handling the rental, rather than a property owner / landlord.

I own a duplex in nj and I have find this form very usufull for my porpose if I see something not right on the property I just come home look for the right letter to send them , may chance couple of thing or words on the letter but 95% of the wording is there ,maybe there are better cds out there but for the time being this is good for me it will defenely help you on you landlord adventure I hope this helped!!!!

This product has a lot of useful forms and you can also chànge different things to make it work better for you. Great price for what you get.

Had a lot of useful forms. As an ex realtor I wasn’t familiar with the language in the forms so I had to read all the forms I used to make sure they said what I wanted. Forms were all ok though, I’m just used to the California DRE forms.
