Before the lead was nicer and erasers worked. New ones have bad eraser & dark thick lead.
Had these before and the lead was nicer and the erasers worked.These new ones have a bad eraser & dark thick lead.They're just okay. Sorry everything has to be redesigned for a lesser product.A big waste and ends up with consumers thinking they're getting what they had, but they're not.If you redesign something it should improve, not be worse.

can't find refills for replacement erasers which are very quickly lost
The pencils are fine. My kids somehow constantly lose the erasers though, and I have searched high and low but have been unable to find replacement refill erasers (they are the short wide kind). I can only find them sold with pencils, but not as a stand alone item. I've switched to pentel pencils which are a little more expensive but have longer erasers and you can actually buy replacements.
