I like to make a "tea" with this using boiled water and some pepper (to increase bioavailability) to give me an added boost of mental clarity and calm in the morning. Gotu kola has tons of other benefits too, I highly recommend you look them up if you haven't heard of it before! This package gives a large amount for a good price. Only thing is I might recommend maybe putting the powder into a jar after you get it for easier access.

I used this for oiling my hair by mixing it in coconut oil and applying using an applicator. It mixes well (does not dissolve) and applied great in the hair - so much that one wash is not generally enough to get it all out. I cannot speak of its benefits just yet but my hair does feel shiny after washing.
