DEFECTIVE ITEM DON’T PURCHASE
This seller is obviously selling defective items I should have read the reviews before making this large of a purchase. Amazon doesn’t want to do anything to make the situation better even though this is literally preventing my business from opening on time now. They couldn’t offer to send me a new one or refund me right away… now I have to wait till the seller receives my product for a refund??? What good is paying for an Amazon business account if they won’t do anything to help my business and make a simple return harder than with my personal account? Of course this seller won’t replace the unit and just send me a new one Classic bait and switch. Amazon could have done something to right the situation but refused so for that I’m canceling amazon business after this situation.

Selling a detective Machine
This is a calculated scam, the machine never turned on when i received it. Asked to get it returned, they said they would take a back and only returned 800 dollars from the 1500. They keep doing this and keeping half of your money to Many Customers.

It broke after using it three times!
It broke and I only had used it three times, it’s becoming a pain to return. Or asking for a replacement

Trash product and company
Machine actually works well and accomplishes the goal. It is just very cheaply made. When parts break you can't find them from king kone. But if you search the serial number of the part you can see just how cheap this unit really is made. These people are making a fortune. You'd think with such a great ROI they would at least provide decent customer service. Their customer service still hasn't gotten back to me.... Pretty confident there's less than $150 worth of materials in one of these.
