Ink isn’t what I expected!
I loved the color and penmanship but I personally failed to look at the color of the ink. I’m a professional and need black ink. My pens are almost perfect EXCEPT for the ink. How do I return then pens and get black ink! I’ve been looking for a reference but can’t find a contact. Please help!?

I was tired of the men in my business stealing the pens off of my desk. First of all because they never return them and second of all because we own a shop and the men in our shop get very dirty when they work and they leave my pens covered in grease. I have tried everything from hiding my pens to only buying pens with pink flamingo and unicorns on them. Well miraculously they don't touch these pens. I think partly because I chose the hot pink color and they write in hot pink ink. Also the quality is excellent and shipping is fast.

i made the mistake, but they fixed it anyway.
i did not notice the pens i ordered had colored ink. i never saw that before, so i didn';t read it well and just placed the order, but when they arrived, i saw the pens had colored ink,i complained that they didn't make it noticeable enough, although i admitted it was my fault. well, today i got a notice that they are going to reprint my pens anyway. i am so grateful. this company has been very good to me.

Cute pens
These pens are cute but they do have pink ink in them. I wasn't expecting that. My fault I didn't read closely. These pens are nice quality.

I wish the ink would be darker you can barely see the ink on paper. Maybe consider making it a darker color of ink. That is my only concern other than that I liked the pens.
