My nails finally grow and it helps with recovery after working out!
I have been taking this Youtheory Men’s Collagen for years now. I did a bunch of research about the best type of Collagen our bodies need to help with nail growth, hair growth & muscle recovery and this one had exactly what I needed for a reasonable price.It takes a few months to get it completely circulating through your body, but I noticed results. My nails finally started growing! My entire life my nails have chipped, peeled & broke. Also, after working out I don’t feel as sore and I seem to recover faster. And my hair feels thicker.When there has been times I’ve had to stop taking it for a short time for surgeries & such, I noticed shortly afterwards that my nails started to peel & break again.I highly recommend this product, especially since it has the added Biotin. It has really helped me and I often tell others about it. I even got my husband to start taking it.

High Quality; Good price
I’ve taken this supplement for a couple of years. I used to buy it locally until the store stopped carrying it. The tablets are easy to swallow, there is no after taste, and most importantly I can see the difference in my skin and hair.

Best Collagen
Been using Youtheory for a few years now. It's been available here in the Philippines but lately, the price has doubled.Glad I can order it from Amazon US for half the local price even with the shipping factored in (if there is a shipping fee).Does its job well, I certainly don't look 52.😁

Amazing product !
