Time consuming task but do-able to avoid replacing the whole washing machine
Getting these parts delivered is easy, it's all the steps needed to disassemble the washing machine to get the the tub unit out that are a challenge! The inner drum spider arm on my Frigidaire front loader had to be replaced so I planned to replace these parts while it was all opened up.There are plenty of helpful videos that illustrate how to pop out the seal then hammer out the inner and outer bearings. Work carefully so the seal seating and bearing race aren't damaged. Reassembly is easier going as long as you remember the order of things and where you placed all the other parts....After a couple hours at it you'll be able to do laundry again, the machine will run quiet and smooth and you'll be able to relax with a High Quality Refreshing Potion placed on the coaster.

Bearings and seal high quality, low price
If you decide to fix your washing machine for a few dollars instead of spending $500+ for a new one, this is a great deal. You need to be pretty handy to do the replacement, so look for videos online on how to do it.

DO NOT BUY!
Don't be fooled. Bought them .... and they were the key piece to a MASSIVE dissassembly and repair job. They failed again within 20 washes. All that time and effort, literally down the drain.

Good deal for the money
This bearing kit is a good deal. Sadly that wasn't the problem so had to return the item.

If you don't think about it, it's good...
They went in easy, primarily because I had done the job before. There are no instructions, and online it will only take you to removing the drum. From there you need to figure out how to pull the old bearings and seat the new ones. I heated up the drum and cooled the new bearings to more easily, plus used some axle greas. I also used the old bearings as a buffer then drove in the new pieces with a small 2x4 and rubber mallet. They want to sell you a press, and I was going to make one, but heating/cooling seemed to do the trick.Like I said, I had done the job before. The first time it took way longer and there was much more cursing. I did it the second time because I heard a bearing noise again, but after the second replacement it still persisted. Turns out the motor bearings have about the same life. Tip, do not try to replace the motor bearings. I was able to get the back side bearing swapped out and found the bearing at an auto parts store, but I could not for the life of me get the pulley off the shaft, so the front side bearing could not be replaced, therefore I wasted the money/time doing the back side bearing. But since the motor was $125, I thought I should give it a shot. But, buy the motor and forget about it.

Short Lifespan & Missing Parts
Bought first bearing kit in October 2020, bearings failed as of August 2021. Purchased another replacement bearing set and only got one of the two bearings. Inexpensive fix that just requires time as opposed to purchasing a new washer, but not something that should need to be done annually!
