Q: Is this for sure a genuine Foredom tool? I understand clones of this item are widely sold.

It is genuine because (1) this is backed with Foredom Warranty. I also own a knockoff version of this, and you can immediately tell the difference from the material and construction. (2) The genuine accessories won't fit the cloned version. I bought a genuine replacement connector and i noticed it won't fit to the cloned one. I had to buy a knockoff accessories for that separately.

Q: Can this drill/cut through stones and crystals?

Yes, as long as you have the appropriate drill bit

Q: Can this be used with both 220v and 110v?

As long as you have a transformer for 220V you can.

Q: Do you get some irregular vibrations form the motor/shaft at highest speed? Also, does the H30 handpiece gets noticeably warm after a minute?

I've had no problem with my motor. I jerks slightly on its hanger when I start up the handpiece which is normal. The H30 handpiece does not get warm, but the silver item that I polish can get pretty hot from the friction. I would check your flexible shaft, it does need maintenance like lubrication grease. Another thing I've learnt is not to let your handpiece hang straight down between jobs. The lubrication grease from the flexshaft can then run down into the handpiece where it doesn't belong.
