Great bag. Making friends with cross shoulder carry
I like the bag very much design and construction are First Rate. My prior messenger bag had an over-the-shoulder carry and I was concerned that I might not like the cross shoulder carry. I'm making friends with it and I think I'm going to work out okay

But it’s me, not chrome who had problems.
Great quality and materials. Fit and finish superb. My problem was the buckle and strap system which threw me off. But it’s me, not chrome who had problems.

Nothing wrong with the bag
It was a Little pricey but worth It I was a Little upset that I found It on the Carrier's website cheaper than I found It on Amazon and when I tried to get a price match they said there was nothing they could do and I was not happy but otherwise the bag was really nice and I'm still using it today it's very sturdy quality material Doesn't slide while I'm carrying it doesn't move around, water resistance a good feature when I'm riding in the rain. One negative about it though is it's difficult to adjust the straps which isn't a huge deal I just wish it was easier to adjust the straps is all.

Quality build and materials but poor design
I really wanted this bag to work but it just doesn't. Although it is a large bag, I was unable to fit everything I usually carry in a different bag of the same volume without it bulging and becoming awkward. I even had to omit some items I usually carry. The laptop sleeve is supposed to fit a 17in laptop but I was not able to fit my 14in laptop in its sleeve. The strap does not adjust easily like other Chrome messenger bags. Super cool looking bag but not ergonomic at all. Returned immediately.

Large Messenger
Wow. This messenger is deceptively large. It looks big, but it holds more than you'd imagine at first glance. The flap is secured with to quick release plastic buckles, but you can also decide not to use them and rely on the hook and loop material. There are two large interior pockets. One is actually kind of hidden, in that, it is tightly secured by hook and loop material. You have to look for it and peel it open from behind the organizational interior panel. There are two side pockets and one large back pocket. This bag has a really cool seatbelt buckle on the strap and the strap is nicely padded. If you are not careful, this messenger can get very heavy due to its large capacity.Overall, I think this is the best Chrome bag I own, as I always need more capacity.

Have no idea how to adjust straps to fit my body.
The bag is well made, but I can’t adjust the strap so it fits snuggly across my chest. Am I missing something? Site has no instructional videos. Very frustrating.

Laptop compartment not big enough
Problems:Item description on Amazon says the laptop compartment will fit a 17" machine. It won't even zip shut around a 15" Dell. Deal-breaker.The strap isn't long enough if you are the type of user that doesn't want to have to take off the bag to get into it. I'm not exactly tall (5' 9") and with the strap at its loosest, the top of the bag is at my ribcage. I have a Timbuk2 that'll go down to my waist.Cinching the strap tight while wearing the bag is sorta hard when the bag is empty, but is pretty much a futile effort when there's stuff inside it. This is a feature of the bag Chrome doesn't make clear in any of their product descriptions. In fact, their demo video touts how *easy* it is to cinch it up while wearing the Buran but it is not demonstrated. The guy doing the demo just makes a quick little hand movement and says "it's easy!" It isn't. I scoured Youtube looking for other demos about how to work the strap and they don't exist, though there are PLENTY that give you a close-up demo of how the *seat belt buckle* works. Sleight of hand marketing.Praise:Handsome!Well constructed--"bomb proof" people are fond of saying.Cool interior in which you can separate wet stuff from other stuff. The main compartment is nice and big if you haul stuff when not carrying a computer.I'd totally keep the bag if the strap made sense for me and if the laptop compartment was big enough. What are ya gonna do?
