Se compacta muy rápido y fácil
Demasiado blanda se compactada con facilidad y ya no servia para seguir haciendo los ejercicios. Aunque después de un rato recupera su forma, en su momento no puede usarse una sesión completa de yoga

Demasiado pequeño
Es un cojín suave sin embargo es demasiado pequeño en su diámetro. Soy masajista y no lo he usado debido a que a todos mis clientes les queda pequeño. Tal vez para una persona muy bajita que quede bien.
