Q: How will this attach and is it for a standard or elongated toilet?

See the two tabs in the back? Thats where your existing two bolts go. The seat goes on top of this. I assume this is the same one we bought since I am being asked. I'd suggest this for a standard bowl. On an elongated the front bar came in 2-3 inches from the front of the bowl.

Q: Will this work with a bidet toilet seat?, Not a bidet attachment but a standalone bidet toilet seat?

Moen has not been able to test installation of our toilet seat accessories on all toilets manufactured/sold nd we are unable to confirm this information for the specified model. Q: can these be placed on the MOEN DN7016 in lieu of the knobs?

I don't think its gonna fit on that MOEN DN7016 It fits on toilet seat. It has only two screws on back you can see in pic. MOEN DN7016 looks broad and wide.

Q: Does this work with a Heated toilet seat?
