Thin sole
The sole of the shoe is not vero cuero and is so thin that it will wear through within 6 months of use.

This style "wide" is not as wide as other styles so unfortunately i had to return.

Bought exact model/size as previous, find out fit is drastically different. No return accepted
Purchased this exact shoe to replace a pair which was lost or stolen on a business trip. Ordered and received the exact model/size as previous shoe.Went to try it on after the 30 day return had passed and it's BEYOND too narrow for my foot. Labelled as WIDE, but very much not. Either the manufacturing tolerances changed or a mistake in build process.Regardless, because I'm outside 30 days. Nothing. NADA. No returns.Anyone want a NOT WIDE 10 of these shoes? Guess they'll be donations and I'll avoid Cole Haan in the future.

OK for the price level
comfortable shoes though it does feel a little rubbery on the base (because it is made of rubber!) as I am more used to wood based soles. good option for everyday wear...
