Please don't buy this product , this is very bad and they are only earning money and this is non refundable , when I contact customer care they told that this is non refundable item and we can't do this ,, even I told them this product is smelling very bad and around 60% is water they only told that , we can't do anything ,, wo please don't buy anything from Amazon

I was really looking forward to trying out this body milk lotion for dry skin, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. I ordered this product from Amazon, and when it arrived, the bottle was half empty. It was clear that something had gone wrong either during packaging or shipping. The outer seal was intact, which makes me think that this might have been an issue from the manufacturer’s side or a quality control problem.As for the lotion itself, the product I did receive seemed promising. It had a nice, light texture, absorbed quickly, and felt quite hydrating on my dry skin. The scent was pleasant, not too overpowering, which is a plus for anyone sensitive to strong fragrances. However, I can’t fully evaluate its effectiveness given that I only received half of the product I paid for.I’ve contacted Amazon customer service for a resolution, and I hope to either receive a replacement or a refund soon. I understand that issues can happen, but it’s disappointing to receive a product that isn’t as advertised. If you’re planning to purchase this, be aware of potential issues with the packaging.I would love to give this product another chance, but for now, I can’t recommend it based on my experience. Hopefully, the seller and manufacturer will address these issues to improve future customer satisfaction.
