Awesome purchase! Grandma 73 put this up herself! I was afraid it would not be strong enough for the N TX winds..10-20mph, but its made of really strong almost clear plastic layers with a mesh molded between the layers. It has strong zippers on both the outside door flaps and the inside screen flaps at both ends. There are velcro strips all over the inside that attach to the frame and hold down/or up the 6 window flaps. It has about 6-8 inch flap all around the bottom to keep wind & rain out, which i put filled planters and a couple bags of potting soil on to secure the flap. The poles rest on plastic cups that you can steak into the ground..good for our clay here, but might not work well in sand. We have had a few 3 hour, 30 degree early mornings temps, and it has kept the air temp a good 20 degrees above. The ground temps have been in the 50-60s but we have had warm days. Best of all the plants love it. It's so dry here but there is a noticeable change in humidity when you go inside. Unexpectedly, i will be using the frame for a sun screen mesh in summer. You-know.. When its a '100 & frickin 20' out there. TEXAS Ya gotta lovit.

Great greenhouse; AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I received my greenhouse a little over a year ago. It spent the winter under an upper story deck and was a great place to hang out on cool Colorado afternoons. My roses and geraniums were tenants until the subzero season but they and my tomato starts were back in place by March. By late summer, my greenhouse was in its permanent home.Or so I thought. I went out to water one morning and, after a triple double take, I realized that a weird little microburst had picked up the greenhouse (in spite of some puny moorings) and flipped it, turtle-style, into the neighbor’s alley. I had to disassemble it to get it home and discovered that one of the connectors on an upright had sheared off.I contacted Quictents and they were amazing. In spite of some supply chain issues, I got my replacement part at no charge. Throughout the process, their agent, Vincy, kept me informed and even checked in to make sure the part was arrived and satisfactory. This was the best customer service I’ve had in ages! I’m now trying to come up with a convincing reason to buy another one!EDIT: I found a reason to buy a second one! This fall, I used it to store furniture and goods while we did a remodel. No sooner had we moved the last piece back inside, than a notorious Colorado high wind event occurred AGAIN. The greenhouse, tied down on a second floor deck was no match for 80 mph gusts! It flipped over the railing and, because one tie down didn’t fail, ended up a twisted mess, dangling in the back yard. The cover was fine but many of the frame pieces were damaged.A classic case of operator error!Quictent customer service to the rescue!! I contacted them, explained my problem, and Vincy came to my rescue. AGAIN! The replacement parts arrive today! I’ll have it set up and sandbags in place in no time!

Green house update failed in light wind and rain!
Failed in light rain and wind one side snapped all at the same spot!!! Contacted for replacement was totaled they would send one if I paid $30 shipping! I said no they agreed to cover the shipping. They then shipped me a return that they never opened and it is the cheap weld they will not send me a new and improved because that was put out after yet the one they shipped to a customer August 9, 2024 was the old style as well!DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL wind was under 15 mph and light rain greenhouse was only up a few months!Pearl From customer service has been great this was a Christmas gift and we did not plan to set up to the spring, easy to set up took about 11/2 hours to do as we put the cover over the frame we found a rip in the roof. Contacted customer service via email, and Pearl replied with in 24 hours. We had a new cover shipped out the following day. It arrived and the next weekend we opened the box to check for any damage and found it was stained we had purchased the white cover and it was brown on one section. Contacted Pearl again and she asked if it would wash off and told us what to use to clean it, this did not work and shipped us a new cover that arrived 3 days later, this cover looks fine only it was the green cover and not the white. We hope to switch it out this weekend. Can’t say how happy we have been with this company and all the support from Pearl!

Update
Got the package on time and all parts were present. Assembly went well and the instructions were adequate for one person assembly. The one thing that happened on a few of the connections was the compression pins got stuck in the pole. This was able to be remedied with the proper tools, just inconvenient. I am 5’10” and did have some difficulty in installing the cover over the frame. A person ~6’- 6’2”+ would make it easier. The ground stakes, as identified in other reviews, were inadequate for staking so I had pre-purchased other ground stakes, bags of crushed granite and cement blocks for installation. The cover was not too tight for assembly over the frame, as some other reviews commented, and the zippers worked fine with no difficulties.A couple of comments on quality. The tubes, with welding, looked poorly. They were just tack welds and poorly done at that. I also had one hole in the cover (~1/4” square) and a rip in the screen of one window (~1’).All told, it looks good and sturdy. I am pleased with the purchase and look forward to see how it does for a winter in central Texas.1/5/23 made it through 1st Texas freeze (16° and 15-18MPH winds). Structure held up fine with extra tie downs. I am pleased.10/28/23 Fully assembled and ready for another winter.
