The media could not be loaded. At first, I considered buying one of the less expensive options for one time wear but decided to bite the the bullet and go for this high waisted option. I was not disappointed! The material is of good, thick quality with a nice stretch. The shine on it is gorgeous!The waist is SUPER high and allows for play with rise and heel height. I option for a 4 inch wedge and wore the skirt at the narrow part of my waist and it still kissed the ground just enough. I got SO many compliments! For reference, I am 5’6,have a 27 inch waist and 39 inch hips and got the small and loved the fit. It stretched out a little as I wore it so I would definitely get your normal size or even size down for a super snug fit.

Pricey but so beautiful and very flattering!! Great shape, high waist, love the purple color and the shine. Can attest to a M/L being long enough for tall ladies (I am 5'9"), which is hard to come by!

This was really cute and flattering. Waist Band ia really high. Just under the bust. I am curvy and 5”5 and the Medium worked. Wore with cork wedges for ht and comfort and could move easily in it.

I have wanted to do a mermaid for halloween for quite a while, and this year I decided to get this skirt. I got a small (I am 5'5"), and while it was a bit long, I think it was quite flattering with a platform shoes. This might be my favorite halloween costume and I wish there was an occasion to wear it again! I got a LOT of compliments throughtout the night, and it is both flattering but also quite comfortable!

I LOVE THIS TAIL! So to start, I originally bought this tail and the other cheaper one that you’re probably looking at too (it’s about half the price of this one). Well this color is so flattering (a dark, flattering shiny green) is high waisted (I’m 5’9” and 125 pounds) and great quality. It is a bit long but I’ll be wearing heels so that is not an issue. The other tail had almost like a “yoga pant” horizontal seam right around the belly bottom that I feel was kinda weird. I added two photos 1) with the THIS tail (I have a blue shirt) and 2) with the cheaper tail (gray shirt on) so that y’all can compare yourselves. You may like the other one better but I hope this helps!

I was super stretchy, pulled up super high up my waist, and was easy to move in. One down side, it did slightly dye my legs a blackish purplish color, so maybe wear black leggings underneath!
