Great product - outstanding seller!
This looks super slick and works perfectly. The subtle blue indicator around the 'button' when the light's off, and red when it's on is a very slick (and useful in the dark!) touch. You don't need to read more, in case you're interested in a how-to error ending with amazing customer service...I have an EE degree (and apparently some ego)... I knew the switch was wired properly but one side worked and the other didn't. I switched all the sockets as part of the room facelift, but since this switch was the only techie piece in the chain, I assumed the problem was here (the side that didn't work was for a switched socket). The socket was always active, and the blue/red ring on the switch didn't light. The seller had a replacement at my house a day later. Awesome. As I was pulling the 'bad' switch out, I did a little troubleshooting. It was 100% my fault. This was the only half-live switch in the house; all of the others were fully switched. I didn't pick up on it when installing and didn't pull the brass jumper out of the new socket. The jumper shorted both sides to power, and the switch never had a chance. Please support this seller! Customer service second to none... even when boneheads like me don't deserve it!

Not perfect, but really good
We installed this switch against our black backsplash. We wanted something modern but there weren’t a lot of options that were both black and 2-gang. This switch was a little finicky to install; i.e., we had to guess a little on the wiring, took several tries to snap the glass plate on... also, the glass plate wasn’t working until we loosened the screws in order to make better contact between the buttons and glass. You need to make full contact with your finger in order for the switch to work. Beyond that, this is a great looking, sleek switch that suits our needs!

Great but some issues
First of all it looks amazing, fits perfect for double socket (std size), only issues1. Instructions not clear2. We got some malfunctionsBut process to replace was extremely easy
