At first, I was a little hesitant to try this product because I’ve had powders before and they usually carry a really heavy taste and/or need to be blended with a lot of other ingredients which takes so much time. What I love about this product is that I’m able to just dump a scoop or two in a glass of water super quickly at night (love the cinnamon flavor!). I’ve taken it after my last meal of the day before bed, and I’ve noticed an improvement in how I’ve been able to sleep. So far, I’ve noticed less upset stomach and nausea in the morning. This product isn’t something that you notice after just one try, it took about a week or two for me to experience a noticeable difference. Definitely recommend for people to try :)

Pretty good product. Takes like bananas and mixes well with drinks (live it in hot cocoa). It does help me feel restful, but not exactly sleepy. I catell if it is a good probiotic.

I was waiting to pull the trigger on this and finally did. What a disappointment. It does not work. Did not work the 1st, 2nd, 3rd night and so on. I am going to keep drinking until finished because of the " Sunfiber" benefit which I'm not really seeing any improvements there either. I have not slept even one night since taking same. No effect whatsoever.Overall, a very disappointed customer experience.

There wasn't anything I really liked about this product. It has a gutter water taste and it did nothing to relax me or help me sleep.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING NATURAL STACKS PRODUCTS AND IT DEFINITELY WON'T BE MY LAST! THIS PRODUCT HELPS ME SLEEP SOUNDLY THROUGH THE NIGHT AND WAKE UP FEELING REFRESHED! MY DIGESTION HAS IMPROVED ALSO, IT TASTES GREAT, I HAVE IT IN HOT WATER EVERY NIGHT BEFORE BED!

I used the prebiotic powder by Natural Stacks for a long time. It helped keep everything moving in my digestives system and with bacterial balance. They discontinued that product and this seemed to be what replaced it. However, the ingredients have changed. They replaced the inulin with guar gum and took out the potato starch. For some reason, this makes my stomach ache and I am swollen for days. As a result, it hasn't been helping move things through. So disappointed since I really relied on the old product. Now I have a full bottle that won't be used.

This does not help me sleep what so ever and it is clumpy and taste is not great.

This is a wonderful product! When other things do not work for sleep, this seems to do the trick for me every time.
