Yes, I believe it should be easy for anyone. I have arthritis in both hands and I find it easy to grip.

Q: I am looking for a brush that will reduce hair falling out through brushing. Those with hair loss problems, would you recommend?

I don't have hair loss problems so I can't say for sure, this brush does seem to glide through hair rather than pulling or breaking though. There are a lot of reasons for hair loss, I am a natural health nut so I could go on and on, but the brush is likely not the culprit. Good Luck!
