The leaves are attached with the rail so hopefully its going to stay for a long time in my balcony.

Really nice Quality - No tie downs
This product is a great price for what it is. It looks lovely as well. Not too many leaves so it still leaves the balcony a little open which is perfect. Looks very realistic too. My only negative and the only reason it's not 5 stars is that it didn't come with any tie downs to attach it to the balcony railing. I had to go out and buy string/cable ties.
