Great computer for the price
I bought this PC after my old one bit the dust. It does everything I need it to do with ease and setup was a snap. Very courteous customer service.

Workhorses in My House
I am not a gamer so I cannot comment as to how this model performs in that capacity. However, I own six (6) of these Dell Model Optiplex 780s. It is a Dell professional line model; I use them extensively throughout my home. They often run 24/7. Never had an issue; for me they are top notch performers. I usually add a 2nd hard drive to give them some more memory capability and USB WIFI.This one arrived in 1 week; is working well and looking forward to my next purchase from this supplier.I had a previous order from another vendor that I returned because even though it was in indeed an OptiPlex it was the consumer model and not the professional model that the vendor had shown in his Amazon offering.

You get what you pay for
I have had more issues with this computer then I have had with any other refurbished electronic. I am to the point I want to just throw it away. The speakers have never worked, it randomly feeezes when you do try to install some speakers and turn the volume up. It constantly is running slow and I have to reboot all the time. If I could have gave below a 1 I would have.

This year I was faced with a challenge - finally abandon Windows XP and upgrade my old Dell or bite the bullet and buy a new PC. It turns out buying this PC was actually cheaper than trying to make my old PC work with a newer version of Windows.She's not the fastest PC out there but this appears to be a solid performer. Looks brand new, excellently packaged, works as expected. This is a great deal for the money. I will do this again.Feels like a deal of a lifetime...

Great price for a quality PC with Windows Pro
Great bargain! System arrived clean and with a new hard drive installed. The windows 7 pro license initially failed activation and reported back unauthorized. I had to go through the Microsoft on-line interactive activation process, but that only took about 15 minutes and no issues since. For the price of Windows 7 Pro OS, you get that and PC to run it on. What's not to like?

Great price and awesome product!
Cant beat the price! The CPU is in near mint condition and easily set up in minutes. Its no super gaming CPU..but then again, I didn't buy it for that.
