Q: What's the difference between part 9891 in part number 9892

The photo of one says 16 oz - the photo of the other says 32 oz

Q: Is it suppose to be dried out upon arrival?

I just received mine and it is completely dried out!

Q: My old door knob hole is larger that the new steel plate so I would like to fill it so it fits new steel plate and so I can use screws. Can I?

Not sure how it would hold up. I would use J-B Weld Tan KwikWood Wood Repair Epoxy Putty, 1 oz. Stick. I have used this to fill in holes where hinges are. I let it harden and pre-drill, then screw into it like wood.

Q: What is the dry time before sanding.

You can sand after 15-20 minutes. Work quickly, sets quickly and make sure the lid is tight...Dries HARD in an hour or so.
