Can't get ahold of manufacturer. I have a faulty power cable.

I used it once so far, and it has helped my insertional achilles tendonitis already!
I have insertional achilles tendonitis and Haglands Disease ( bone spurs on the end of my heel, and bone spurs on the bottom of my heel, and plantar faciitis.I've been doing physical therapy for over 6 months with no real change. I'm doing everything I can to avoid surgery with a 12 to 18 month recovery time with little to no weight bearing during that time period.It hurts, I mean HURTS to do it, but in a few days since my first treatment, I can see an improvement.I've researched a lot to make sure I know how to use the machine properly.The instructions that come with the machine are very limited, but a good starting place. Just be sure you know what to do by watching professional use this type of treatment on YouTube.My second treatment will be in 4 days.I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from there...
