Good everyday shower
Good everyday shower and decent power as well. Looks good and straight forward to use. Has 3 head settings which is ideal. Had originally ordered another one (same make) but it was only a left hand shower. Sent it back with no issues and money back also but it keeps coming up pending. Possibly my bank and no the seller. This one we now have is dual which means suits and side your water pipe is on. Learn something new everyday!Highly recommend for the money.

Decent shower
Replaced our older version.... hubby switched out and it's all good..Powerful enough upstairs with the long way the pressure has to push.. better colour than the white.Good value

Good replacement
My 22 year old Triton Aspirante just gave up the ghost and this was the replacement. Nice and hot when needed, reasonably controllable, but slightly less powerful than the one it replaced. We'll get used to that and look forward another 20 years of trouble free showering...🤞

A bit cheap feeling overall
It's a bit irritating it doesn't actually have the physical size to accommodate speedfit 90° for the water input. These have been pretty much the standard for the past 2-3 decades. My kit didn't come with any fitting screws to actually attach anything (including the front plate). I don't mind not getting the cheap screws & rails but not getting the 3 screws required to actually use the shower drop this down another star.An odd choice for the main earth terminal to be a bolt on requiring crimping and the bolt made of steel rather than a better conductive material (or another terminal as would be normal). Still, passed the loop test fine enough but that's more down to a good csa on the R1R2.With the cover on it looks to cover all of these sins and looks well built but I know that's hiding an underlying cheaper construction and it'll be hard to forget that.Still, it's inexpensive and if it lasts 5 years I'll be happy (and very surprised). The included rail and and soap dish were just too cheap feeling (and looking) but the heads a universal fit so using any other rail can overcome this (but adds to your cost overall, saving money on one thing will tend to cost you more on another thing).Flow feels pretty good at 36-38°C, better than expected for it's power. With some minor tweaks, would have been a 5/5 rating but currently, it'll falling a bit short.

Shower
Looks great, powerful. Plumber had some initial teething problems with it but now up and running and very happy.

Dreadful customer service
Appalled that Triton wouldn’t send a plumber to fix shower that had only been used twice because it didn’t have an isolating valve and informed me that I’d breached their conditions for installation (didn’t see this restriction anywhere in the items description, etc). It cost me £100 to have shower installed and it’ll cost me another £200 to have shower uninstalled to send back for a replacement and then have it installed again. Definitely not impressed!!
