Seem Effective...
I think these are a decent quality and I've taken them daily for some time. What I don't like it's how they smell. They smell like they gone from factory grown sea moss which is less healthy and less effective in general. Outside of that, for the price point, these are a decent alternative.

Kinda fishy
This is a decent supplement/ vitamin and serves its purpose, which for me is strengthening my immune system and also lightening the flow of my menses. I don't like that it's got a fishy taste, however it doesn't linger at all. Recommend.
