Q: What is the expiration for these?

They come loose in a box, no labeling and no expiration date. However, I’ve never had an issue and with them being pork, they’d definitely smell off if they were going rancid. I find these ears are dryer than others I’ve bought, and since they’re less greasy, they’re also less likely to go bad. If you’re worried about it, you can always put them in your freezer in a sealed ziplock-type bag, taking a few out as you need them. My 3 dogs get only 1 per week of the pig ears so this box lasts a while and I’ve never had them go rancid.

An average pig ear has approximately 100 calories but obviously, the ears come in different sizes. The largest will have more calories. Also if you are concerned about calories, you might want to keep in mind that pig ears are high in fat. A dog that needs to watch his/her weight probably shouldn’t have more than 1 ear a week.

I believe that this item is produced in the USA because they are shipped out of a midwestern state, I could be wrong. Dog loves them.
