Schwarzkopf LIVE Intense Colour - A Surprising Success!
I'm a bit of an adventurous guy when it comes to trying new hair dyes, and I have to say that the Schwarzkopf LIVE Intense Colour Pure Purple was a real surprise. Hair dye - blonde lightening
My hair was very dark after box dyeing it black (Clairol Nice & Easy demi permanent and LIVE colour black permanent) for around a decade. I'm naturally medium to dark brown.I wasn't expecting it to work on my hair so I decided to do it on just the ends and I was pleasantly surprised with how much the colour was lifted. It wasn't anything like the box indicated- I followed instructions to a T, however, it turned a really nice copper brown. I washed with purple shampoo after. I then used the same bleach 2 weeks later to achieve a lighter look and I am happy with the result. I may do another session in a couple of months time to lighten further. I'm happy with the product.Photo was taken after the second application

Have to use 2 boxes, I was fairly light anyway but does tend to make hair quite orange so would need to be redone as soon as your hair allows

Brighter than it showed on the box, very impressed!
Very very bright! This is one of the darker reds Live do but it came out brighter than the others, more like a deep pink. I love it and will use this one in future. My hair brown and this took like I'd used a pre- lightener.

Violet shade for previously bleached hair
First off - you must bleach your hair first!! I used a platinum blonde, followed by the Live Blue berry - and it has worked a treat 👌One box was perfect for my short hair. I covered the hair from the bottom up by clipping it up and doing it bit by bit. The colour is therefore even and coverage is good. I have an excellent shine. The colour is more violet than blue - but an absolutely stunning shade. I left it on for 45 minutes

1. Preparation: - Always perform an Allergy Alert Test 48 hours before each time you colour, even if you’ve used the product before - Before applying your colour, cover your clothing with an old towel/cape and put on gloves provided - Apply to dry, unwashed hair 2. Mixing: - Unscrew nozzle of Developer Lotion. Pierce the LIVE Colour Cream tube and carefully squeeze the entire contents into the Developer Lotion bottle - Replace the application nozzle and shake until all components are thoroughly mixed 3. Application: - Follow application process for either first-time or root regrowth application - Leave formula to develop for 20-30 minutes 4. Rinsing: - Rinse hair under warm water until water runs clear 5. Conditioning: - Apply LIVE Care Conditioner and leave in for 2 minutes - Rinse thoroughly, hair is left feeling soft and shiny The colour result will depend on your natural hair colour. The table on the back of the pack provides an indication of the colour result that can be obtained with this shade. Results may vary on previously coloured hair. For long or thick hair we recommend using two packs. Read and follow instructions before use. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary “black henna” tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each time you colour (see enclosed leaflet), even if you have already used colouring products before. So remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance. In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse hair well after application.
